Prices and orders:
All prices are listed in UK Pounds Sterling (UK£) and in Euros (€). 
All the prices indicated in our brochures are V.A.T. included and are the
ones we are applying when a reservation is made. The cost of the delivery is
not included.

Prices are subject to changes at any time without any notice.
They can vary consequently to unexpected events. In such case, we would
be forced to apply different rates.
Availability of goods:
The availability of our products is subject to our inventories at the time we receive the orders. When a product is not available, it could still be ordered and provided unless our provider has stopped producing it. When a product is momentarily not available, the orders are still partially filled and shipped with the available products. The remaining products would be shipped later,
as soon as we have been provided, with no additional cost.
Security:
Pnabarom uses Pay Pal to handle on-line orders which is a secure website
established to facilitate the credit card purchases for on-line merchants.
(Our overseas customers) we would prefer you to contact us in advance
of purchase to agree shipping costs etc…
Forwarding and times:
Forwardings are done after acceptance and payment of the order.
Delivery periods which we propose hear starting from sending of the order by our care.
We cannot be held responsible in case of delivery delay from the courier forwarder.
The goings beyond of delivery periods cannot give place to the cancellation of the order,
the refusal of the goods during the delivery or to damages. Any complaint for
nonconformity or product lack, at delivery will have to be transmitted in 48hours lastest,
from the reception of the goods.
Generally, customer is in the charge of risks and dangers which can occur during the transport.
Pnabarom dispatches parcels in colissimo followed without any signature.Pnabarom
could not be held responsible for a defect of courier service.
At the request of the customer, a document in proof of deposit could be provided,
and will be used as an evidence, in cas of litigation. In case of non respect by the
post office of its engagements of delivery or in the event of loss or not reception
of the parcel by the customer, no damage or refunding could be required to Pnabarom;
if Pnabarom presents the document in proof of deposit of the parcel at the post office counter.
Shipment Costs:
Shipment costs include a participation to the preparation, packing of the order, and also
stamping cost. Shipment costs are contractual.
The amount varies according to the geographical area of delivery that you have selected.
Responsibilities:
PNABARÔM® items are in conformormity with the EU laws in effect.

PNABAROM declines all responsibilities if the items do not respect the laws of the delivery country.
Pnabarom declines all responsibility in case of inexecution of the contract due to a case of
major force (strike, flood ...)
Transfer of property:
The goods remain the property of Pnabarom until their total payment, and this is available
for any delivery date.
Intellectual Property:
The content of the Pnabarom Site is protected by copyright, trade marks, database and
other intellectual property rights. You may retrieve and display the content of the Pnabarom
Site on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disk (but not any server
or other storage device connected to a network) or print one copy of such content for your
own personal,non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use
for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the Pnabarom Site without
written permission from Pnabarom.
Satisfied or refunded:
The customer has 7 days as from delivery date (except weekend and holidays)to return a
product at the end of exchange or refund(repayment). In case of exchange, the returning
and forwarding costs will be chargeable to the customer, except when the delivered product
does not correspond with order initial.
In that case, Pnabarom makes a commitment to exchange the product, within the limits of available stocks, or to pay off the customer as soon as possible. However the parcel must necessarily have to be returned in recommended parcel:
-in its original package
-Totally intact •
-In perfect state of resale •
-complete (accessories, note) with a copy of the purchase invoice.
Any not conform returned goods will be refused.
The returns will have to made at Pnabarom ltd, you will find the address of returns
in our mail of confirmation of your request.
